1V1 MOVES EBOOK

Learning the different 1v1 moves and applying them to a skill level is essential to be a successful player and to achieve a successful game. The success of all formations, tactical systems and combinations depends on the level of individual skill of the players. The various 1v1 moves are also connected to this at an elementary level.

When should you use this for your training?

Each age group has its own training goal and time. If the player does not receive the given training at the right time (for example, technical training at the age of 6-13), he will fall behind to such an extent that it is very difficult or impossible to correct it. The same goes for mastering 1v1 Moves at skill level. The basis of preparation for a full pressure game (one of the integral elements of which are 1v1 Moves) is that the players should no longer be trained on technical levels, but according to the "Pressing" training system.

Its effect on the player and the game

Just like technical training (Ball Mastery), this has only a positive effect on the player and his development. We promote and even lay the foundation for the player's offensive football perception, and with the help of skill-level knowledge of the movements, we build self-confidence in the player, which is an essential attribute of an athlete.

In terms of the game (which is made up of individuals who have been trained and educated in the former way), the game itself will be able to become offensive, creative and combinative. So it goes without saying that if the team is made up of creative, 1v1 skilled and confident players, the image of the game will reflect this. If individuals do not have such qualities, the game cannot become like that.

TECHNICAL LEVEL

ATTACKING SPIRIT

COMBINATIVE GAME

The first step in teaching 1v1 Moves is technical training. In this part of our professional material, we present the basic principles and components of the technical training of 1v1 movements, and the thematic structure of the core movement, from which the training section is built.

Changes of direction: The types of rotation (with or without the ball) that are based on this, tricks and defeats the opponent. The rotation can be 180, 90 or even 45 degrees.

Stop & Starts: These are body movements that are mainly recommended to be performed during dynamic dribbling. The goal is to defeat the opponent by changing the tempo. While dribbling the ball, the player imitates the illusion of stopping and then a dynamic start.

Fients: All body fients, some of which are already well known by colleagues, are listed here. In our professional material, we break it down into its elements and explain them step by step.

Pressing

Coming to this part of our professional material, we took over the complete technical training, thematic structure and exercises of the 1v1 moves with our colleagues. Up to the age of 7-9, we can fully support a player in his training. Our next big topic will show you how to prepare a player for the full pressure game. What tools can be used, what is pressure, when and how can it be used, and we also present passive distractions.

We will explain in detail how it is worth holding the 1v1 Movements training section in such a way that pressure exercise already plays a role in it, and then at the end of the topic we will go through what has been described so far in an age-specific manner and take over how this training section should be organized from 4 years old to adults.

Colleagues have come to us at numerous coach educations and asked the same question: they have a player who perfectly performs the 1v1 move during the technical training, but they never see it again on the weekend, during the match. What could be the problem?

The pressing is part of our professional material and is about solving exactly this!
