Multiple youth and 15-time "A" national team player, who won the Positional Player of the Year Award in the first division in 1991, and was elected Player of the Year in the second division in 1998.
Nowadays, with his experience and insights, József Szalma is one of the best-known and most successful youth development specialist in our country.
International and domestic coach instructor: as he says "a good coach makes a good player". He set the goal of developing Hungarian football and Hungarian youth players, which can only be achieved in the long term with the continuous, professional training of Hungarian coaches. With his practical, down-to-earth and understandable training style, he impressed colleagues in Slovakia, Romania and Slovenia in addition to Hungary. Nowadays, there are few clubs where he did not deal with players or coaches.

Szalma Magor's dedicated intention is to raise Hungarian football to a worthy level. He sees the key to this, in addition to the proper professional development of the players, is in the regular, objective training of the coaches.
Networking: sports marketing specialist whose goal is to support the proper professional training of domestic children, and also to raise the Wingman community to an international level.
International youth coach and instructor: gives practical and theoretical training to colleagues. Seemingly complicated professional systems are broken down into their components, thus facilitating the rapid learning process.
In addition to Hungary, supporting communities in 3rd world nations where sport is the only way out of extreme poverty.
